We partnered with the Trefethen-Evergreen Improvement Association to prepare the organization for its first capital campaign—the largest fundraising effort in its 50+ year history. Our work included a comprehensive organizational assessment, research and recommendations for CRM and membership software solutions, development of gift tables, donor and prospect segmentation, and ongoing strategic fundraising counsel to support a successful campaign launch.
