We partnered with the Kennebec Estuary Land Trust to design a multi-year fundraising strategy aligned with the growth goals outlined in their five-year strategic plan. Our work included in-depth donor interviews, a comprehensive development assessment, staff training sessions, board-level fundraising training, and ongoing strategic fundraising counsel.
