Blue Monarch Consulting partnered with Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Maine in a fractional fundraising role to help prepare the organization for the public phase of a capital campaign. Our work included a comprehensive assessment of existing fundraising strategy and operations, strengthening data infrastructure, and aligning advancement systems to support growth. We also developed a detailed, 12-month fundraising and communications strategy designed to build momentum and successfully launch the campaign’s public phase.
